Meet Megan, owner and founder of Cup Runneth Over, Orange County’s favorite mobile coffee cart making a difference! 

From Fall 2019 to Fall 2020, Megan followed God’s call volunteered for an anti human trafficking nonprofit in Orange County, where her passion to help end human trafficking took root. 

Following her volunteer-ship, she wanted to make a change in the business world and help people wield the power of their dollar. What started as a dream in 2020 became a full-time mission in 2025—serving fair trade coffee and tea right here in Orange County, with a purpose.Today, Cup Runneth Over focuses on fair trade coffee and tea, donating 10% of all sales to local anti human trafficking organizations, making every cup count.

Megan brings experience from both corporate sales management and nonprofit work—balancing business expertise with a heart for social impact. Inspired by her Christian faith and a call into a new season, she launched Cup Runneth Over to offer ethical coffee catering for corporate events, churches, and athletic teams across Orange County. Megan’s mission is simple: deliver great coffee and tea, raise awareness about human trafficking, and support the community by showing the love of Jesus—all from a mobile coffee cart you can feel good about booking.
